Just follow these three simple steps:
1. Submit Your Order
Once you have decided which CD you would like, click on the buy now! button. This will take you to a secure order form. If however you wish to continue shopping, simple click on 'Continue Shopping'.
2. Complete The Order Form
Fill in your personal details and select which shipping method you would like to use.
(Please see below for more information on shipping times and costs). Please note all information sent to us is safe and treated with the strictest confidentiality in order to uphold your privacy.

3. Send Your Order
Before submitting your order form and you have made changes to the form, please ensure that you click on the Calculate After Making Changes Button.
Once you are satisfied that all your information is correct, click on the Buy Now button to send your order to
Sarepta Music.

Some questions you might have.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed from Mondays to Fridays and your order will be shipped to you within 48 hours.
If any of the items you order are not in stock you will be notified via e-mail. If your order is placed after
12am on a Friday (local time) your order will only be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.
You can expect the following delivery times:
South Africa and neighbouring countries:
Courier (door-to-door): approximately 2-3 days
Speed Services (counter-to-counter): approximately 4-5 days

My order wasn't accepted- why and what do I do now?
Your order may not have been accepted for the any of the following reasons:
- Credit card details incorrect (e.g. expiry date may be wrong)
- Not enough funds available in your account
- Problem with your connection (e.g. your ISP may not be available)
- Your banking facility may not be available and therefore your credit card cannot be verified
If you have checked your details on the form and your credit card is in order then we suggest that you try again later. If the problem
persists then e-mail info@sarepta.com with a brief description of the problems you experienced.
What if there is something wrong with the item that I ordered?
Faulty products must be returned to us with an invoice within 5 days to be replaced. A faulty item can only be replaced by the same item that was ordered and cannot be substituted with another item.
