Ryan H. Wong

Ryan Wong was appointed Sarepta’s executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) in July 2025. Prior to this role, he served as the Company’s senior vice president, strategic finance, treasury and investor relations. From March 2022 to March 2025, he served as vice president, financial strategy, planning & analysis and treasury. Ryan joined Sarepta as vice president, financial strategy, planning & analysis in July 2021. 

Ryan’s experience includes building and leading global financial functions in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries. Throughout his career, Ryan has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and scope, serving as a trusted adviser to the C-suite and a well-regarded executive leader among his peers and colleagues.

Ryan leads by example. He believes in guiding then stepping aside, empowering his team to fully realize their potential.

Prior to Sarepta, Ryan worked at GW Pharmaceuticals plc, most recently as vice president of finance. He also held roles of increasing responsibility within the finance function at Allergan.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Irvine, and graduated magna cum laude with a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
